In the years of 1987 and 1988, a group of women composed for three sisters, led for Maria Miguel de Oliveira (Rosinha), with the aid of institutions partners, it decided to carry through a series of meetings to argue and to search alternatives in the scope of the occupation generation and income for the inhabitants of the district of Mocotó.
